Rough idling once it's warmed up

Hello, I have a 2005 Toyota Camry with the 3.0 L V6 engine. I'm experiencing a small vibration at idle when the engine is warmed up and I smoked tested the engine and I couldn't find any leak. The long-term fuel trim gets up to 18% on both banks at idle and I don't have any trouble code yet. I'm curious to see if this part called Intake Manifold motor or actuator I believe, can make it run lean. I touched the metal thing that looks like silver that is on the left side of the intake manifold, and it has some plays in it. I have replaced so many hoses, PCV valve, and the brake booster is working well. The car has 210,000 miles on it. I'm suspecting that the motor is bad and is making it run lean. I have put a new catalytic converter and some new exhaust since it was rusting out. I don't want to ruin a catalytic converter because the engine is running lean. Is it common for this component like the intake manifold to wear out due to the mileage?

Well it's obviously running rather lean adding 18% fuel. But many things can do that. A weak fuel pump or a clogged fuel filter is very common with a vehicle like that. It doesn't necessarily mean you have a vacuum It could even be clogged up fuel injectors and I don't know how you smoke tested it. But if you use a machine that has also a gauge you can see if it's holding vacuum pressure or not and if it has a gauge and it shows us losing pressure. It's often the intake manifold gasket which you're not going to really see the leaks cuz of the leak inside the engine

I forgot to mention it, but I had replace the intake manifold gasket as well as spark plugs. I used a small device that produces a lot of smoke and I couldn't find any leak. I'm curious to see if the intake manifold motor or the actuator is going bad since I can feel some play on the silver metal thing that has a flap inside I believe.

This is the part I'm referring to.
