Howdy Scotty, love your videos and what you do. I have a 2003 Corolla CE with a 5 speed standard transmission with 164k miles. Runs great, recently replaced the ball joints and control arms and now when I turn the car to the left, I must manually pull the wheel back to dead center. Problem does not occur when turning right. The issue is especially pronounced at low speeds. Any ideas? Thank you!

Did you have the car aligned by a reputed front end shop, after you replaced the said parts?

@inthrustwetrust is correct. Your alignment is probably out. You must have an alignment done any time you replace suspension components.

All cars have wheels that point slightly inward. This keeps it tracking straight down the road better.

The caster angle affects how the steering wheel returns to center, steering forces and handling.

Yup, caster angle greatly affects return to center..

Take it back to where you had the work done and have it done correctly.  They screwed up.

that might be the driveway 😆

Good observation, Joe. He didn't cop to it in his post.

It was the driveway indeed🤣. Took it in and verified all was installed correctly. Alignment seemed to help quite a bit. Sway bar end links seem to be shot I’ll be replacing those shortly was well. Thanks folks for your feedback it’s much appreciated👍🏻
