2014 Subaru Outback coolant leaking when revving engine but not at idle

My mom has a 2014 subaru outback with 105k miles and recently it started to leak coolant. She first saw a few drips on the parking lot when she drove across town and again when she drove back home. However it doesn't continue to leak all the time and only starts leaking and squeaking for a bit when you rev the engine a bit. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Pressure test the cooling system, maybe put some UV dye in it as well to help track down the leak.

The coolant seems to be coming from the radiator. Bit of backstory though: My mom inititally told me that there is barely any heat coming from the vents in her car so i immediately thought it was low on coolant. So, i waited for the car to cool down and checked the radiator cap and low-and-behold, there was barely any coolant in the radiator. So, i found some spare coolant we had in the garage and filled the radiator until it was half full then turned on the car with the heat on full blast. I waited until the coolant went down to add more, then continued until it wasn't going down anymore. I checked the inside and it still wasn't getting hot even with a warm engine. So, i bought a spill-proof funnel with a long neck and filled it until bubbles stopped coming out. That fixed the heating situation but after my fix my mom noticed that it started leaking when she drove across town and back. Keep in mind my mom got into a minor front end collision and that OEM radiator had been replaced by an unknown quality radiator.

You have to find out where it is leaking from.
