I have 2010 Lexus ES350. I bought at 68k mileage. I don’t know if the previous owner ever changed the transmission oil. The car at 98k mileage now after a year mostly highway mileage. Should I change the transmission oil. I do sometimes feel very very small hikup when it changes gear. I took it to an credible mechanic, he said he doesn’t feel anything.
of course. Transmission need to be maintained just like engines.
Yes, change fluid. Transmissions are very dependant on level of fluid so check that if possible.

First off, you can register the vehicle as yours on the lexus website, and it will likely show all the service records. As it has fairly low mileage, they likely did not do it, I think they mostly recommend those at 90k.
