Warping brake rotors (upstate NY)

Hi Scotty,

I have a 2017 Mazda CX-5 awd with 24k miles.  In 2019 I had to replace the pads and rotors all the way around due to warping on the rotors.  My mechanic said it was from when we let the car sit for 2 weeks.  The salt was causing pits and wore down the pads and rotors.  I have never let the car sit more than 2 days since that day and it seems to be doing it again this year.  Is there a certain brand you can recommend that can stop this from happening?

Where in upstate NY? If you are near Albany, I can recommend an excellent and honest mechanic.

Rotors warp from cheap castings, poor machining, excessive heat and not having the lug nuts evenly and properly torqued.  Your mechanic must be from the Land of Oz, or he is smoking something illegal.
