Hi,
I am interested in buying a 2012 Honda Civic. I zeroed down on two cars. Both cost the same.
The first one is an EX-L model from Carvana with 96,500 miles and has had 3 owners in the past. It's VIN is 19XFB2F98CE038481. It has had 9 service records in the past.
The second one is an LX model from CarMax which has 87,000 miles on it and has had only one owner in the past. It's VIN is 19XFB2F58CE359966. It's additional history section on the Experian Autocheck report says Lien reported.
Kindly advise me which one should I buy? The EX-L model has more features and electronics, and leather seats but has had 3 owners. The LX model has less electronics etc thus less repair and complexity I am guessing from watching Scotty's videos. I don't know much about cars thus kindly advise me on this at the earliest.

Both of those joints are terrible places to buy a car. They want top dollar and lots of people get rid of bad cars there. It's also not unusual for them to mess up paperwork for the title leaving you holding the bag.
Do yourself a favor and do an internet search on terms like "Carvana horror story" and "Carmax horror story". (Carvana does seem to be the worse of the two.)

Buy the LX especially because it only has one owner the other had a bunch of owners could easily have had problems, racks. Whatever

Option 3) 2013 Toyota Highlander Plus with 121,787 miles, single owner. 13 Service history records on Carfax. He drove it for 11,550 mi/year for nearly 11 years. Car costs $12,995 fixed price. Gas mileage 20/25.
