- Hi Scotty, I have a 2004 ford f150 XLT Triton with a 4.6 liter engine with 235,000 miles, with a replaced transmission with 150,000ย that won't pass emissions. In previous years all I had to do was clean the throttle body and I was good. But now, the situation is more complex. In June 2021 I replaced all 4 sensors with Motorcraft as recommended by mechanics ,ย did the decarbonization method, did the regular scheduled oil change and changed the air filter. But, I noticed a low ticking noise when I am driving and in idle. Two of the certified mechanics I went to said there's nothing wrong with the cat, and the vacuum leak I had was recently fixed. But the error code still says p2272, stuck lean 😤 . The manager at Tires Plus said that I would have to reset the code a couple of times and complete the drive cycle for the light to go away permanently 🤔 🤨. But the other shop I went to said that this was an electrical problem. Previously, I seen your video on Gumout Multi Tune Up. Is this a good idea to use in my truck even when I already had a fuel injection cleaning? Also I put new spark plugs and coils in 4 years ago, all Motocraft. I'm in desperate need of guidance toward the right direction with this frustrating dilemma. Do you think the MAF would have anything to do with this problem? Thanks so much for your time and knowledge Scotty. 😎ย

Well a bad math sensor can certainly do that it's best to pay a guy like me to at least analyze it with this fancy scan tools to see what data is off kilter and work on that system first
