| Hey Scotty I have a 2010 dodge charger RT, 120k miles. I had a check engine light come on for three codes (all the same) P0481. Changed the blown radiator fan motor Relay and Coolant temp sensor and now show 1 code error. Check engine light went off for about a day, then came back on. Relay was blown again and now getting two p0481 codes. Car gets real hot when idling. Other than that stays around 190°-220° (Unless idling). Any clue if I’ll need a new fan motor or a short in the electric lines? Thanks! | |||||

| 2018 dodge charger Scat Pack Automatic Had a check engine like the other day was a bad thermostat they also told me that my throttle body was really dirty so they recommended me to do a 3 step BG fuel system flush on my car when I got the car back every time I cold start it smoke comes out the exhaust pipes is that normal or is something wrong please would like to know if that’s normal or not thanks | |||||

| I just bought a 2007 dodge charger police car with 5.7 in it. I got it home a put a battery in and it cranked right up. But the abs light along with 2 other lights were on. I hooked up my scan tool and the code u140e- implausible data. I tried to reset code to turn lights off and it won't clear. From what I read online the dealer has to do is this true or what do I need to look at to get the lights off. Thanks in advanced, any tips tricks and info appreciated. | |||||

| I have a 2012 dodge charger R/T 5.7 rear wheel drive with 140k on the miles. No clue about the transmission and dont know how to find out. . I have ran the codes many times bc it won't let me use the remote start with any lights on. But my oxygen sensor is the code I can't get off. I went to oreillys and got 2 different brands and put those in. Didn't change anything. Then finally just went and got a oe one and that also didn't fix it.. someone had stated that it could the Catalytic converter that could make that light come on? I'm not a charger expert, but seems like the R/T comes with the Hemi V8... is that right, or does it have the V6? The V8 will definitely have more value than the 6, though is more likely to have been abused. | Hello, I have a 15 dodge charger with a little less than 75k miles on it. I bought the car on Black Friday of 2019 at really good price certified preowned. I have only put about 18k miles since. I have noise from the tear end that sort of a clunking noise when I shift into Drive, Reverse Or Park. Sometimes it’s the normal noise sometimes it’s a loud clunk. I have had the whole driveshaft assembly replaced about 6 months ago and have had the rear dif fluid changed when I noticed the noise. | hey scotty, i just totaled my 2010 dodge charger sxt and i’m thinking about buying another one. i want to buy the v8 version but lots of people burn out the engines on those so they aren’t too reliable. i’m thinking of buying another v6 version and engine swapping it for a supercharged 6.2l v8 (the 2021 hellcrate engine). how would i do this and what other things would i need to replace? i wanna keep the body style of the 2010, cause i prefer that more than the newer ones. | |||||

| My 2006 dodge charger V6 SXT has a hard time switching out of 2nd and 3rd gear (automatic). A couple years ago I had a guy replace my water pump and assuming he didn’t correctly time the timing chain but idk. My check engine light Flashes also. Any suggestions. If you think that’s the problem what would have messed up? I also notice the serpentine belt gets frayed easily on the left side due to the water pump pulley is not flush it kinda pokes out a 1/16” or so. | I have a 2009 dodge charger pursuit, 5.7 hemi, it has a rough idle and excessive white smoke from exhaust, I checked a plug and the node was bent and black so I changed them all , that solved my random/multi cylinder misfire so it’s not missing anymore but it’s definitely idling rough , no current codes but 1 pending , system to lean bank 2, then there’s a engine knock but its hit and miss sometimes it does it sometimes it doesn’t but I don’t I hear it briefly every time I start it up but it doesn’t always stay sounds like it’s coming from top front of engin ... | |||||

| I have a 2015 dodge charger se 3.6l I been having a overheating problem and I checked my fan to see if it running and it was but when I put my hand near it one of the fan was blowing hot air from the radiator and on the other of the fan it blowing cool air from the radiator I have a single fan system in my car is there a problem with the radiator pushing out two different templates to cool the engine and not just cold air | |||||

| I have a 2015 dodge charger when I start the car up or some times why I'm driving I can hear coolant or maybe it's water swishing through the dash dose anyone know what that is and dose I cause my car overheating because I been have a overheating problem to where about 40 minutes of driving my fan is running high and when I look at my overflow tank it backed up with coolant and when it's like that I have to let the car cooldown and take radiator cap off and bleed air out the system from the thermostat and than once it stop bubbling I'll top of overflow this ... | |||||

| The problem is the vehicle as a whole was not designed well, and besides the powertrain that model year suffered from fuel system and electrical issues. You didn’t say what mileage yours had but if it’s already past 100,000 miles I would start looking for a different vehicle. See below: | |||||
