| Answer to: Should I buy a Corolla or Camry | 14Relevance | 5 years ago | Brandon.King101 | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| As somebody who personally hates compact cars, I’d go camry. That’s why I switched from a civic to a camry. On longer drives in a civic or Corolla, it would start to feel very claustrophobic and feeling every single bump in the road gets pretty annoying along with those uncomfortable seats. | |||||

| Well you're comparing apples and oranges with these vehicles of various year and prices so it depends on your budget and what you like so we can get better answer. The camry is way too old unless if it's a newer camry, they're good cars too. The Avalon and the civic are also well made. | |||||

| Answer to: Which Honda models and years are most reliable? | 15Relevance | 5 years ago | AD99 | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| For the civic, I do think the 2013-2015 is the sweet spot for the Si models. If you're looking at a normal civic, then I personally would go with the newer 2.0L manual transmission models. They have been very reliable since launching in 2016 and they are nicer on the inside compared to older civics. As for the Honda Fit, the Mexican made ones have not had any problems so far. You can get the Fit cheaper than a civic, but it won't be as comfortable inside. If you're going to be doing a lot of highway driving, I suggest paying a little more and going for the ... | |||||
| Should I sell my 2018 Honda Civic? | 15Relevance | 11 months ago | Jimboslice | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Hi Scotty, I have a 2018 Honda civic EX-T. It has automatic transmission, 4 cylinder 1.5L Turbo, leather interior, decent dashboard, rear camera and right mirror camera, and has just under 100K miles, no accidents (knock on wood)🪵, great mileage around 36mpg. Let me start with, I absolutely love my car. It has run smoothly since I’ve bought it, no problems with steering, transmission, engine, etc. only 2 things have happened to the car and they are very small. The under engine splash shield peeled back like a banana one day and I noticed scrapin ... | |||||
| Honda Civic lx, 2020/1 model year or Nissan Sentra 2025 | 15Relevance | 2 years ago | Glo1121 | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| We live in Canada. For the 2020, and 2021 model year, the Honda civic produced a naturally aspirated 2 litre engine that put out approximately 158 horsepower and 138 lb ft of torque. It could be purchased with a 6-speed manual transmission. Fast forward to 2025, and this is no longer possible with the Honda. The prices of the civic, have gone through the roof. As an alternative, I have found that Nissan makes a Sentra with a 2 litre engine that's naturally aspirated producing about 150 horsepower and 150 lb foot of torque. It is also mated to a 6-speed m ... | |||||

| @yaser Fine lets do 2011 Crown Vic vs 2011 camry. The Crown Vic gen came out in 1998 and the camry in 2007. I might pick the Crown Vic on that one. But I would rather be in a crash in a 2012 camry than in a 2011 Crown Vic, if you see what I mean. But I would also rather be in the 07 camry rather an 07 crown vic in the side impact test because the camry has standard side airbags and the crown vic side crash was horrible. | |||||
| 2012-2014 Toyota Camry Transmission Shuddering issue. | 13Relevance | 2 years ago | Cheezyboy | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| I saw 2014 camry Se with 50k miles going for $13.9k at a . It's a one owner and only has 4 inconsistent service records (which is the messed up part). So I've heard around 50k-150k 2012-2014 camry's has transmission shuddering issues and a friend of mines just had their entire transmission replaced a month ago in their 2014 camry SE with 150,000 Mi on it. So my question is if purchased will transmission failure be inevitable or was my friend's transmission failure and a couple others the ones that were bad apples? Or just stay completely away and go for the 2015-2017 camry's? Because the 14 going for $13,900 is cheap and very affordable. | |||||

| The Kelley Blue Book value for that civic in good condition with 78K miles is between $8158 and $10477. KBB's values are typically inflated because the data comes from the dealers. This dealer is asking a price that is above the full retail value for that car. 2012 Honda civic EX (KBB price range) | |||||
| Answer to: Hello sir civic LX 2002 the EGR is missing cables | 15Relevance | 3 years ago | jack62 | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| The 2002 Honda civic DX and LX models have the D17A1 engine and the EX has the D17A2 engine. The 2002 civics DX and LX 1.7L (non-VTEC) ((engine code D17A1)) doesn't have an EGR valve. I think that engine only had an EGR valve after 2003. The 2002 civic EX 1.7L (VTEC) ((engine code D17A2)) has an EGR valve. Also, a different upstream O2 sensor is used in the 2002 civic EX. So why is there an EGR valve in your 2002 civic LX? Was the engine replaced at some time in the past? The thing is if your engine computer is trying to operate the EGR valve, and the ... | |||||

| Yours probably has the ultra reliable K20C2 2.0L NA EarthDreams engine. Your engine number should begin with K20Cxxxxxxxx. Don’t bother replacing your civic just yet. Teach your lady to drive stick. If she can drive an automatic, it’ll take her 2 hours to drive stick. If you’re bored, the civic probably has THE most selection of aftermarket upgrades for cosmetics. Go splurge a grand or two on something in the interior/stereo. That engine probably has more than 3/4th of its life left, since you’ve kept up with maintenance. | |||||

| ... of research myself as well about these 2 car model. And I know myself that Honda accord did have lots of issue the more newer it is. Actually my partner had a 2007 Honda accord v6 and she is still running smooth with 280Km on it so I know that Honda accord v6 engine is a very reliable and powerful engine. But in term of model i also did like the Honda civic 9th style. I do also know that the Honda civic with the 1.5l turbo engine had a lots of issues with the engine oil dillusion problem. So at this stage (in australia) I have 2 option. Honda ... | |||||
