Hi Scotty, i have a 2020 Hyundai Kona 2.0 automatic with 5,500 miles. One morning the car started from cold and ran on three cylinders for a few seconds which triggered the check engine light. The car cleared up and ran normal right after this. The code was PO302. By the way thank you for recommending the CGSULIT SC204 OBD2 code reader which i purchased. Since the car can normal with no change in power or gas mileage could this be a fluke. Have you heard of other Konas with this problem? I do not drive the car much and since have put on 50 or so miles since the check engine light was cleared and all seems fine.
Your thoughts ?
Regards,
James
If it's under warranty, it is time to use it!
Generally, electronic glitches are common on the MPi 2.0 Smartstream -
I do not know if Hyundai has a solution for that.
Regardless, a check engine light on a car under warranty means that you should take it to get repaired under warranty.
