I have a 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport with 9000 miles on it. Recently Upgraded the wheels and tires only slightly larger. Is it normal for my RPMS to raise every time i turn the wheel from park or when moving slow? Sometimes it even causes the truck to jerk forward slightly if going to right speed.

Yes, if you still have hydraulic power steering. It takes A LOT more force to turn wheels when they're not moving, or moving only a few MPH. As you speed up, less power assist is required due to the physics of a rolling wheel. If it didn't do that before you put on the new tires, switch them back. I would also be surprised if it's still hydraulically driven. Most trucks have electric steering these days.

Not really a smart idea if you want longevity. Tires are engineered for your truck. Wider tires means a longer moment arm, and your suspension will wear out faster as a result.
on trucks really? I thought it was just small cars.

If it's hydraulic, there's a power steering reservoir under the hood, or check your owner's manual.
