I have a 1992 Chevy lumina with a 3.1 v6 four-door car. Everything on it works except the driver side stop light and my turn signal switch my turn signal switch I have to push it to the left or to the right for whichever turn signal I want and hold it almost to dim the lights kind of, and then my brake lights all my brake lights work except for the stop light on the driver side I have no power going to the bulb but my other brake lights work. How do I fix it?

Sounds like the signal switch itself is wearing out. I used to drive an f150 and one day the signal switch just fell right out of the steering column.
As for the brake light, it is most likely a loose or broken connector which should be located right behind the brake light.
