Can gunk dislodged from the intake manifold make the engine die right after the start? [Engine 2JZ-GE dies after start]

The engine 2JZGE dies immediately after start (the issue appeared right after cleaning the throttle body). LExus GS300 1995, 250k miles.

Below is the image I took after removing the throttle body, this is the Y-shaped intake manifold going to a manifold with 6 branches (6 in-line cylinders).

When cleaning the throttle body, I sprayed some carb cleaner beyond the throttle butterfly valve, and it got on the Y-shaped manifold. You can see on the photo that a chunk of gunk (around 10 mm in size) probably dislodged and went inside.

Could this chunk of gunk be the reason for the engine dying after start?

Additionally, I would like to know: What is this gunk accumulating over the years anyway? Is this a layer of fuel vapors/combusted gases?

They're always hard to start after cleaning.

The cleaner gets sucked in and wets the spark plugs.

Just hold the pedal to the floor when cranking and it should clear.

It's been more than a month since the issue. I unplugged all spark plugs and checked them. They were not wet. I tried starting the engine for like 50 or so times over the month.
I just can't comprehend why my engine always started fast and easy, and now - after cleaning the throttle body - it refuses to work on its own.

Oh wow. That's annoying. But my guess is the gunk would blow right through and not cause an issue.
Check for vacuum leaks. Check the idle air control valve isn't clogged or disconnected.
Re-post later in the pm if you get no better answers.

Yeah. Scotty says in my other thread that compression is bad and the engine is worn out. I guess it's time to sell Lexus for parts. Thanks.
