[Solved] Car pulling to the left

Hello there!

My car an Opel Corsa 2015 1.4 66kw has the following issue that I can't pinpoint....
I've been to 3 alignment places, they all say everything is OK with my car YET my car pulls to the left ( If I let go of the steering wheel, it will move itself slightly to the left and then of course, steer to the left, if I hold the steering wheel straight - it will go straight.).
-I've changed everything on the front suspension except springs
- the brakes are not sticking
-it does it with winter rims and tyres and with summer rims and tyres
-pressure in tyres is OK

Help me please 🙁 thank you!

Wow whoever that alignment shop is they have really poor mechanics or don't know their stuff

that's their job to be able to find things that are off by a few thousands of an inch and make it pull so find a better alignment shop it could be all kinds of things like warrant strut mounts warrant control arm bushing lots of things but that's their job so find someone who knows what they're doing and that clowns who called himself mechanics.

Hey Musi,

Hello from california, USA. Opel Corsa is a car and make I have never heard of so you must be from EU. Are you the first owner of this car? In America we have a cultural custom of declaring cars damaged from collisions as salvage vehicles. Given that just about every commuter car these days is built with a unibody construction, any crash over 20mph can wreck a frame and throw it off alignment at the wheels, that is, the tires don't hit the ground at an exact 90 angle from the outer frame of the car. As scotty said, a good shop will ask for this sort of information to get your alignment right even if your car is not 100%. A bad shop will say it is ok and milk you for an alignment charge when you change your tires every year or so due to bad alignment or frame/suspension damage.

I only hope you are in a country where pulling to the left puts you into a curb, and not into oncoming traffic, It's not just collisions that mess up suspensions - hitting curbs, parking stops and potholes can throw things off in your suspension.

I have the exactly same problem as yours. But my car pulls to right.

my alignment specs are good.
my steering wheel is at centre position car goes straight no problem.

I release my steering wheel my car pulls to right of course steering wheel turn to right.

solution: forget about it / get used to it.

people in garages in my area they are all monkeys, they don’t know what are they doing. I gave up. Until next time I get out of my town I will try find better shops. Or I go back to school to learn how to fix cars.

Thank you all!

I will try to find a good alignment  shop for this....

COULD it be that my car has electric steering, that the steering sensor is off by some degree and it thinks that steering a bit left is center?
