How do I fix Jeep that won't start

So my 2016 jeep with 96,500 miles on is having an issue where after my battery died twice, and jumped twice, and fully charging the battery, the car now almost chokes out. when starting the car it reaches 1000RPM on the tachometer but dips down to 500rpm and back to 1000rpm a couple times before stabilizing at 1000rpm. I had the battery, starter, and alternator tested at my local autoparts store and by AAA. they all said those parts were working but dont know why the car is doing that now. does anyone have any ideas what it could be? i am thinking after watching one of Scotty's videos it could be the alternator but I am not sure.

What do codes and live data show when the Jeep is scanned?

I dont have any scan tools myself but the car doesnt have any warning lights on so the basic scanners at the auto-shop dont show anything.

You need to go deeper than a generic scan tool, and even if there are no codes recording and reviewing live data while the problem occurs may shed light on it. Without data you're left with guesswork.

Put a meter on the battery and check the voltage at idle.  It should be steady at around 14.5 volts.  If not, the alternator is bad.  Also, if your battery was disconnected, it may be re-learning what it's supposed to do.  The battery should be around 12.75 volts, engine off.  Also, have you had it scanned for codes?

When doing the testing of the battery it showed those numbers showing that the battery was good and also the alternator. also it showed no trouble codes. I am thinking I should buy some tools at this point haha
