GM Holden 2016 Commodore/Chevy-SS SV6 with Alloytech High Feature 3.6L V6 motor idle RPM too low

Hi all, I have a 2016 Holden Commodore SV6, basically a Chevy SS but with its original Holden badges and GM's 3.6L V6 engine instead of the LS, car has 55,000km or 34,000 miles.

The issue I'm having is the idle RPM when fully warmed up is 550 RPM, this is causing shuddering/shaking/vibrations coming from the seat, steering wheel and floor. I've had my mechanic check it out and he said it was perfect mechanically, the engine mounts were good, the issue was the RPM is too low when warmed up and he said it should be closer to 650. I noticed when I turn on my AC to medium to full blast, the RPM gets to 650 and the shudderings gone.

My mechanic said to take it to the service/maintenance department of GM Holden and let them fix the software in the car and reset the throttle learning mode. They reset the throttle learning mode but said there's no way for them to adjust the software to change the idle RPMs so I accepted what they'd done and despite the RPMs being the same, the shuddering had reduced. By now, some weeks later the issue is resurfacing, how is this fixed?

Find real mechanics of care I was ones in the United States that they sold any decent mechanic with a fancy scan to a computer can reset the idle speed I think they're just being lazy down under or you

My mechanic did a full scan and didn't find any errors in the car's computer, he said he tried to reset the throttle learning mode and the idle speed himself but it wouldn't work which is why he sent me to the dealer. Is there any other possible reason why the idle speed is so low? Maybe an air leak in the intake manifold? Thanks Scotty
