Good purchase and what repairs to do?

My girlfriend just bought a 2014 Mazda 6i Touring with 101k miles. It’s in really good shape and I checked it out before we purchased it. I know it probably needs new brakes soon. So far I fixed the gear shifter bulb since it was previously burned out, other than that runs fine. I do have to replace one of the blown Bose speakers. Anyway, I know since it’s at 100k, usually there’s some service items they recommend. The previous owner had it sitting since he had another car, not sure if he did had it taken in recently. Anything to look out for on these cars?

 The car has a timing chain, not a belt, so that should be ok. The coolant and other fluids should be changed/checked because it's 10 years old. Use the the owners manual since it has an extensive list of recommendations starting on page 397

It would be wise to check everything because the car's history isn't known

@hixster ok will do thanks. Good to know about timing chain. We’ve got a few things on the list so far, brakes, oil, speaker. So won’t have to put too much in. One thing we’re looking at replacing that’s more on the expensive side, the backup camera. It’s pretty crappy and I’ve had 2010-2013 cars that had way better ones. (Toyotas lol). But still I wasn’t expecting it to be so blurry. Is it good to ever buy those used?

@alexmetz try cleaning/polishing the camera lens first. Those lens get cloudy because they get scratched. If you buy the camera from the junkyard its lens could be just as cloudy, so no, I wouldn't do that.

@hixster ok will do.
