Hey Scott I got a '06 crown Victoria Police interceptor and I have an issue with when I go to the gas station and it only fills one gallon of gas but then clicks off .... And first saw that it was gas pump but found out that it's the car any ideas

Take it to a mechanic like scotty or myself with a fancy scan tool. Most likely its the vent canister and or solenoid
You can fill the tank by putting the hose upside down. Mr Random explains in a 5 min video.
