Hey Scotty my mom has a 2014 Honda Odyssey with around 100,000 miles, I noticed that the mirror was completely smashed and broken. Every auto body shop wants over 500$ for a new or used mirror, It’s held together by duct tape for now, Have any tips or ideas?
Ebay sellers may have used ones

You can try online or a junkyard to see if you can get a better price. Power mirrors aren't cheap though.
junkyard
Junkyard is best bet, IMHO. Someone smashed the mirrors on several cars on my block, including mine. Went to the junk yard to find a replacement, and did it myself. I’m not a mechanic, but I googled around how to replace it for my make and model.
Generally speaking, find all the hidden screws in the door panel, remove the screws, and then pull to release the side panel. There may be some wires attached to the side panel. I’ve done it once where I remove the whole thing and disconnect everything, and I’ve also just balanced it on some blocks, so I don’t need to disconnect everything.
There may also be a cover on the interior of the mirror, that needs to be removed. Disconnect the wire harness for the mirror. Unscrew the mirror from the inside, and it plops out. Insert the one from the junkyard, and repeat all the steps in reverse.
It wasn’t so bad. A mechanic or more skilled guys could probably do it faster than me. But I just went at my own pace. Maybe Scotty has a video or two in his archives.
If the Honda Odyssey is anything like my Accord, it should be pretty straight forward.
