Hello, I need help choosing a car I want to own a Manual Transmission car. I currently own a 2015 Honda Civic Lx automatic transmission with 57,000 miles. I’m looking into trading it with a 2015 Honda Civic si or a 2016 which one is a good option? Since I know they are from different generation model.

My uncle says a lot of stick shift cars get wrecked because drivers only have 1 hand on wheel. And when you're tired, you still have a lot of work to do shifting gears just to get home.

I find the 2015's tend to last the longest

Go for the 2015 Civic SI. The 2015 SI has the 2.4 liter non turbocharged engine and I don’t think they made an SI for the 2016 model year but they made one for 2017. The 10th gen Civic SI uses the 1.5 liter turbocharged engine which is known for oil dilution problems. Also if you wanna save money, try a 2014 SI. It’s basically exactly the same as the 2015 SI but you’ll probably find one for cheaper than a 2015 simply because it’s a year older
