How to decode 12 digits VIN of 1997 Toyota Avalon

Hi there is there a chance to decode a 12 digit VIN of a 1997 Toyota Avalon made for the Saudi Arabia market.

Did anybody come across such a guismo?

How to obtain detailed information about this particular car?

Any help will be highly appreciated
