I have very hard water running through my hoses, it comes out a little milky and the PH is 6.8. Is this water suitable to flush my coolant system with?

I would say generally no, but it depends on what kind of block you have and how much of the hard water you can get out after the flush.

No, do not do that.

Do not do that whatsoever. To do a complete and efficient flush, have someone do it with a special machine. With a garden hose, you won't be able to flush all of the coolant thats in the block
