My 2012 Honda Civic lx auto is at 97k what services should I perform for 100k mile service?

You appear to have confused the title of your post versus where your question is supposed to go. It's fixed now, but for future reference:

What does the owner's manual maintenance section say?  It's available online.

Owners manual doesn’t say anything..

Inspect & replace as necessary:

  • Spark plugs
  • accessory belt
  • Engine air filter
  • Cabin air filter
  • Power steering fluid
  • Tire tread wear & rotation
  • wiper blades
  • Make sure emergency equipment is lubed & in good condition (spare, jack, etc.)
  • Check valve clearances & adjust as necessary

Replace:

  • Timing belt (if equipped)
  • Brake fluid
  • Coolant - You should be on your 2nd change already (every 5 years)
  • Automatic transmission (if equipped) fluid - Should have been replaced @60k. Next change @120k

Good idea to have a general inspection done to check condition of suspension & driveline, wheels, engine leaks, etc

From the Haynes manual for the 2012 Civic -

Check your owners manual. There will be a section about the Maintenance Minder. The maintenance minder is Honda’s invention to make maintenance easier but if you ask me, it makes maintenance harder instead of preset intervals.

Honda’s will usually tell you what is due for maintenance, with a special code on the dash. Something like A 2, or B 12345.

To decode it, you need to use your owners manual.

With that said, if it doesn’t tell you, at 100K or 120K, it seems that most things will need to be done. Like oil change, transmission oil change, coolant exchange, stuff like that. And really don’t know for your specific car though.

TL;DR - look up the maintenance minder section of your owners manual.
