I have a 2002 Lincoln Navigator, My Starter Silenoid was recently replaced, Now my vehicle turns over....but has no start.

If your engine turns over, the starter works fine. There should be another issue. Check out Scotty's video on this topic.

But, if you're lazy like me, the 1st thing I want to know
"is this fuel-starvation or electrical?"
Find a buddy, pop open the air filter box.
As your buddy cranks the car spray some starting fluid into the intake hose.
If it starts to "fire up", it's a fuel starvation problem......
...... speaking of "fire-up", maybe have the garden hose handy
