Plx help, clunking noise left front side...

Hi. My car:  2002 toyota echo, manual transmission , 215000 km.  In the past,  the concrete curb hit driver's side underside steering pinning & control arm  pushing the whole thing upward.  I changed the control arm, the subframe & power steering unit. Did the wheel aligment also.  It was quiet after the repair except the steering feel is a bit light.  But lately, whenever the left driver front side hit a port hole, turning right (causing more pressure on left front side of the car), etc, the left front of the car makes a deep, serious,  disconcerning clunking noise as if the car, the front subframe , etc will fall apart .  I pushed the left front side of the car (suggested by your episode of checking suspension) but the car didn’t seem to bounce up and down like a basketball.  I think the suspension, the coil , etc , is okay?

1 – if I keep driving & putting pressure on the left right front, will it do permanent damage to the car & the car will break apart meaning the subframe, etc would fall off? What should I do now? Do I take my car to a normal auto mechanic to change the suspension or do I take my car to an autobody to reinstall the sub-frame?  Any other suggestions much welcome.

2- Judging by what is said & done above, what could be the problem causing the clunking noise?  Could the replaced sub-frame eventually get loose with gap & play causing the sub-frame to make this clunking noise? If this is the case, do I have to refit & reinstall the whole sub-frame again to tighten up?  And if it is the problem of loose sub-frame, do I need to buy another sub-frame to reinstall since I am paying for the labor for taking out the existing sub-frame & reinstalling it? What other component/s (problems) can happen causing the clunking noise?

3- I have already sprayed my front joints with 205 ATP to rejuivate the plastic & pour the ATP  down the strut towers as you suggested.  But it didn’t stop the clunking noise.   I watched your episode of clunking noise.  Next time I take off the front wheels, I will use a water spray to clean all front joints like control arm joints, etc.  Then I will use white lithium grease , as you suggested, to spray on the front joints.  This is the cheapest way to hopefully stop the clunking noise.  I doubt it because the ATP spraying didn’t work.  Do you think the white lithium grease will work (tough especially now I don’t know what the problem really is so I have no remedy) ?  Pls advice on the white lithium grease & any other solutions.  But first plx tell me what the problem is .  I am out of wit & need help.  Do I talk to an auto mechanic first & have them test drive my car or do I talk to an auto body first?

4- I already did pour white lithium grease down the left front strut tower but the stuff is thick.  I doubt it pour down the strut.  Maybe next time I just pour regular WD-40 or dura lube down the left front strut down to lubricate the strut.  Is that advisable or workable?

Well it really is a clunking noise. Odds are the strut itself is just worn out and needs replacing and probably the strut mount too
