Rear main seal stop leak

I have a 2007 Acura MDX with 179,000 miles. Just got water pump and timing belt done. It's been running great. I've had it for over 2 years. Since I bought it, it's had a very slow rear main seal leak. Upon research, I've come across Blue Devil Rear Main Seal Stop Leak. Do you recommend anything?

If it’s not a drastic leak I’d just keep an eye on the oil level before putting stop leak in that runs the risk of clogging other oil passages

It's really not a drastic leak at all, a few drips. The truck runs really well. I just don't like any leaks at all. A mechanic did however told me I shouldn't worry about it. I know it's quite an expensive and big job just to change that seal. I thought the AT-205 was safe though?

Search Scotty’s YouTube for “Scotty AT205” or “Scotty AT-205”. That’s the stuff he usually recommends. Ideally you would change the rear main seal out, but that’s expensive. AT-205 is a decent band aid fix.

For rear main seal, do I add the AT-205 in motor oil or transmission oil? It not leaking any transmission fluid just a little motor oil

Usually the motor oil. When I used it for my leak, I started off with about half a bottle. And it worked pretty well.
