Front end humming sound when releasing the accelerator!!

I have a 2016 VW Passat SE 1.8t that makes a low humming sound in the front end when driving over 40mph and can be heard especially when I let off the throttle.. once I step on the gas the sound pretty much disappears and when I coast or ease off the gas the sound comes back!  I can also feel a very slight vibration when I place my foot on the floor under the pedals.. what can it be?  I recently purchased new tires so it’s definitely not that!  Car only has 20k miles.. automatic transmission.  Would appreciate it!

Can you make a YouTube video of the noise & post the link here?

Does it happen when you’re stationary/at idle?

I’d start by checking all your pulleys - water pump, alternator, etc. Then exhaust plumbing, then engine & transmission mounts (for the vibration).

If they all check out, I’d try this method -
