Bear in mind that you cannot rely on Carfax to tell you whether the vehicle has been involved in an accident, flood, etc. 

As far as price you can check comparables in your area and check Kelley Blue Book to get a rough idea of what they're generally going for. There are sites such as carcomplaints.com where you can find information on failure trends, recalls, and TSBs for a specific model.

Do not buy the one with four owners. The other one sounds good and those 8-speed transmissions are decently made. Toyota knows what they're doing

I found a 2016 Rx 350 locally. With 55000 miles  one owner original  1 minor accident, bumper, rear, fixed, clean carfax. Maintenance records all match. They're asking $25.500 What is your opinion? Of the price ? i also found a 2013 RX350. In really good shape, what a 100 000 miles asking $16.500 however, the 2016 has 4 owners. Car came from Missouri, real clean. I looked at the carfax, no accidents straight, I had it looked at from my mechanic, he won't take any less than $16.5 going back to the 2016. It has 8 speed transmission. What are your thoughts on the 8 speed? Verses, the 6
