Tire shop claims bad rear camber is causing my car to pull to the right

Hello Scotty,

I have a Honda civic coupe 2012 with 165000 miles, automatic transmission.

A week ago, I've had new tires installed at a tire shop and soon as I got it back, I noticed my car pulled to the right while going straight, and my stealing wheel will lean towards the right.  My stealing wheel will also shake if I go over 50mph.

I am very familiar with how this car handle and i am very confident to say it was perfect until I got these new tires in.

I brought my car back to let the shop know about the issue, they did a test with ExpressAlign and gave me a print out which they claim that my rear camber was bad and since 9th gen Hondas do not allow the rear camber to be adjusted, they want me to replace it with the adjustable camber for $150 each, with labor of $220 estimating $589.75 after tax and alignment.

Also they have stripped one lug nut, which they will replace and are covering the cost.

Since I had a warranty with them, they are balancing the tires for free and  hoping that will fix the shaky steering wheel.

I've just moved from Washington to Texas and this was the first time using their service to change my tires, and while I was in Washington I never had this kind of issue after changing tires ever.  I feel like they have done something to make me believe that I need more work done by them and I need your opinion in this matter 

These are the result from ExpressAlign:

Left Front: Camber +0.2, Caster 5.5 Toe +0.13

Right Front: Camber -0.1, Caster 5.5 Toe +0.01

Left Rear: Camber -1.7, Toe -0.03

Right Rear: Camber -1.5, Toe +0.10

The factory recommend spec for rear cambers are between 0.0 to -1.5

Have you ever had problems with the tires . It barely is out of spec Did they do an alignment when you first got the tires? You might want to go to a new alignment shop.
