Hey Scotty,
My sister has a 2009 Toyota Venza 4 cyl fwd auto with 60k miles
On Monday my sister was FaceTiming me checking out her car with key in run position figuring out how to work aux control with iPad connected as this was being figured out bye sis lights flickered and alarm cam on blaring. Key wouldn’t disable alarm nor would key in door and car isn’t starting. I thought battery was firing so I called aaa they came it jumped car and it started but now no ac dash radio or lights at all nor windows power steer ing and brakes couldn’t even get it outta gear. So got car towed to a repair facility In Atlanta. Repair facility states all fuses are blown and they believe aaa caused that plus aftermarket remote start is on the fritz and needs to be removed
do you think I need a new computer repair facility says drivability hast come back even though it starts and runs and is aaa at fault possibly

I have no idea what any of that means. However it may not be relevant to the problem at hand unless the electrical system was somehow compromised by doing those things.

It would not surprise me to find that the aftermarket remote start is a big part of the the problem. The electrical systems in modern vehicles are extremely complicated. Those aftermarket remote systems are frequently of dubious quality and wiring them in can be a real hack job done by amateurs, with unintended consequences.

Blowing all those fuses does indicate a severe electrical shock went through the entire system. If the shop has a professional-grade scan tool that can communicate with the computer they should be able to run diagnostics to determine if there are problems with it. As far as AAA's responsibility it would be necessary to prove they did something wrong, like connecting jumper cables backwards.

has, or hasn't?
If it starts and runs then it's probably fine.
