Hi Scotty my name is Heather I love working on cars not only that but I'm a single mom of 4 so it's much cheaper that way lol so I have a Toyota Corolla 2006 it's starting to shift bad also the rpms seem off when I am driving 40 mph the rpms are below 2000 I have had the car about a year it's been good to me I have only had to change the starter but I am concerned about the transmission the dip stick shows it to be to full I know that is a problem what should I do
Clarification: What is the mileage, and which engine and transmission combo?

When is the last time the transmission fluid and filter were changed? What does the fluid look like on the dipstick? Does it look or smell burnt? Is it gritty?
