[Solved] Used luxury manual - are there any good ones?

I currently drive a 2003 Cadillac CTS with 250,000 miles. The automatic transmission is on its last leg - time for a newer car. I want a luxury sedan, but I also want a manual transmission. What is out there?

I've had the  CTS since 35,000 miles and had no major issues until about 220,000 miles when I replaced the radiator, transmissions oil lines, oil cooler, and cleaned the PVC system. The engine is still great, but the transmission isn't. Swapping in a manual isn't a good use of money.

I've considered a lower mileage (less than 70,000) E60/61 BMW. I know they are not as reliable as Toyota/Honda, but its also a different type of car. And I can't find anything but a few Camrys and Accord Sports which are manuals.

With manuals dying out even in high-end sports cars, I think the time frame to find a luxury sedan with a manual is dwindling. I have a family of four and sometimes drive clients around, so something like a Mini Cooper isn't feasible. And, quite frankly, I appreciate the luxury amenities/touches in luxury cars.

What should I consider?

There is also the Lexus IS

Don't forget about the Acura TSX/TL

I'll look at those. Thanks!

Just realize a lot of the luxury cars (including used ones) you can get a manual with will most likely become money pits as they age, esp. if you hope to get 100,000+,  200,000+ miles out of them.  The Civic Type R (although that is not really luxury) and a used Accord with Manual (they stopped offering manual on Accords sometime in MY 2020) would last the longest.
