| RE: Relay Integration Buzzing? No Crank after months of spotty electrical stalling | 14Relevance | 4 years ago | niblaretep | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| ... other thing I did differently was remove the square pink 'S' fuses (don't know what they are called) in the cabin driver-side fuse box, inspect them and put them back in... I did try the paperclip / wire jump trick to all 4 and 5 pin relays, but I am still unsure of where the Starter Relay is on my vehicle. All Scion documentation I find shows a Purple Relay (including your attachment) and all I have is Gray (oil / fuel pump?) and blue under the hood and blue and Pink and Beige (Hazards?) in the cabin. Regardless, thanks tons for your help. I'll be pickin ... | |||||

| ... directly to the fuel pump module assembly. I don't know what brand of fuel pump you bought, but if you look at a Delphi you can see how it's wired. So that takes care of the Fuel Pump Module side of the wiring. Now for the Harness side. (The side that you're wiring a connector to). It's going to take a little detective work. What you know is that 2 of those wires are Grounds (and I suspect they share the same Ground Point on the Frame Rail). One of the other wires is Power to the Fuel Pump Motor. and, One of those other wires goes to the Fuel Gaug ... | |||||
| Answer to: What is the best scan tool to determine whether a car is good or not? without spending thousands | 14Relevance | 5 years ago | geriscan | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Good advice (as cited above, with the link). I have a blue driver. I find it useful, even in terms of checking my car's current health. (The blue Drive does Enhanced/Mode 6 data probing, which is manufacturer specific, for many models). Apropos testing a used car, you might want to also consider buying a Block Tester ($35 or so), to test for compression gases in the radiator (that is, for a head gasket leak). It's an easy test, unobtrusive, relatively fast and IMHO, necessary. One additional caveat about many scan tools: All bets are off if you're looking ... | |||||
| 2012 Honda Accord LX 71K miles for $8000 as first car? | 14Relevance | 5 years ago | Stephen | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Hello, community. I'm looking for a commute car. I found the 2012 Honda accord(LX, sedan), 71K mi at a Facebook Marketplace in TX. It looks like having a clean & blue title(No recall and damage history, 2-owner) and The seller asks for a firm and no-haggle price for 8 Grand. Is it worth buying it? (The vehicle has some scratches and hail damages all over but, not severely bad in appearance.) I'm a first used car buyer through a private party, especially in Facebook, Market place. I will use a checklist from ChrisFix, and the basic scan tool, "Blue ... | |||||
