2006 Jeep liberty

I’m looking at this 2006 Jeep Liberty that’s being sold for $825 and has about 186,000miles on it. Is it a good buy to haul a trailer? It’s got barely any rust and looks good to me.

I haul around large trees on my flatbed, will this Jeep be able to handle the load over an extended period of time?

It's being sold so cheap because at that mileage it is already beyond the limit of its expected service life. It would be questionable as an occasional-use knockaround car, let alone heavy use hauling a trailer loaded with large trees. The seller is probably trying to see if he can get more for it from someone than a junkyard will give him.

Straight to the point no, Jeep’s are not haulers they are off roaders. The 3.7 was an absolute trash pile of a motor that’s why FCA ditched the Liberty. They tried making a Jeep that appealed to the soccer mom and college sorority girl and failed miserably. And it got even worse when they kept the compass and brought out the renegade. Leave it be my friend and keep hauling on that flatbed.

I would avoid that vehicle. It will not meet your needs.
