2007 Camry Hybrid with 403K Miles. Fix or Replace?

I have a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid with a little over 403K miles, bought it with 17K. Recently while going down the highway I had the "Check VSC" error pop up on the dash, along with nearly every other warning light outside of tire pressure and check engine. No codes are appearing with a generic cheap scan tool, but based on research I believe the brake actuator has gone out and am having a local shop check it out later this week to confirm. I know this is a known issue with these model Toyota's. The average cost to repair is anywhere from $1500-$3000 (the part alone is roughly $1K). If we do end up faced with needing to repair the vehicle, should I move forward with it and hope for the best or replace the vehicle with a cheap older Toyota instead? Everything else on the vehicle is running perfectly normal (as far as I can tell, we've maintained it for years).

Really appreciate your thoughts!

I'd say it's Time to say goodbye because it's a hybrid

I'd say with 403K miles that car has given its all. Time for it to go to a well-deserved rest.

Thats crazy, what is it repair history?

Replaced/“rebuilt” the battery cells at 250K miles. ($3000) Had to replace the AC unit along the way as well. I have every oil change and the rest of the maintenance history written down in the owners manual. Outside of those two I don’t remember anything terribly expensive as far as repairs but I would have to check the records we have.
