Hello!
im about to go check out this 2010 hybrid Camry tmr and I’m thinking about buying it. It’s a one owner 110k original miles and it’s being sold for 4.5k. The seller said he’s not a fan of negotiating so he picked a price that can’t be negotiated and the deal sounds a bit too good to be true for me. I asked all the questions you’d expect to ask before buying/inspecting in person and he seemed to say that the car is pretty good and got no issues. What’s you guys take and advice and what should I look out for ?

Stick to a regular gas Camry.  They will last longer than the hybrid version, and more mechanics (including DIYers) can work on regular gas vehicles over hybrids.  Regular gas vehicles have enough complexity as it is;  going hybrid adds to that.  Usually Toyota Hybrids can go 150,000 to 200,000 miles (generally, even a little more) before battery replacement, generator, or something in the hybrid system needs repair and that will cost $$$.  Also, finding a competent mechanic that knows how to work on hybrids will be a challenge and being a specialty expect to pay more;  going to a dealer would be even more expensive and then you question their (in)competence.  I would stick to a regular gas version if you plan to keep the vehicle for a long time and put lots of mileage on it.

They are very well built hybrids. But, I wouldn't get a used hybrid ever. They break and the regular gas versions are already good and cheap, so get a gas engine.
