Hi Scotty, i have 2014 Mazda 6 with almost 95k mileages on it and my car has check engine light on, when i hit the gas its hesitating to accelerate not enough power come from the engine. I went to Mazda dealership and told them what the issue was and they said it is a Camshaft and they replace the camshaft and spark plug.(Code: P0012) I paid them almost $1,400 and the problem went away for 3 weeks and it came back again so i went back to the dealership and they said it need timing chain shift or something and will cost $1,900 to fix so i told them im not paying that much so i went back and took my car back and leave it in my garage. Help please...

Joseph, go back to the dealership and ask for either the service manager or the owner. Sounds like they misdiagnosed the original issue. A refund would be in order or tell them they’ll be hearing from my lawyer and then your gonna call the local news channel and ask for their investigative reporter.
@josephvan
I hate to see people being taken advantage, especially when you lack mechanical knowledge pertaining to this issue. Do not allow them to get away with this.
well they are absolute scumbags because if they replace the camshaft they should have replaced the camshaft chain along with it that's common I would not deal with them and I would demand my money back hire a lawyer if necessary
@scottykilmer
Can u tell what the problem my car has?
@Josephvan
it could be many things. You should probably find a reputable independent mechanic.
