i have 95k on my 2015 Optima, never have done anything to the transmission. no problems with it .....yet. should I do anything to it or just keep driving it?
Manual or automatic? Any transmission related codes?

You should have changed out the fluid at 35-40K miles.

Perhaps you did not notice there is a site FAQ at the top of the topic list that addresses topics frequently brought up here. The FAQ entry on changing transmission fluid covers the issues in detail.
