Most cars once you start it and once it’s in gear it starts to roll even without the gas being pushed. Why doesn’t this camry do it anymore? It runs fine once I push the gas and it juice but stays still otherwise. Just curious. 93 camry with 160k miles. 2.2L
If it isn’t broken, why fix it?
Is yours a manual or an auto? Either way, I’d just live with it.
If you mean the car is idling too low, watch Scotty’s video on how to make your car run better with a little spray cleaner. https://youtu.be/NWCKvU2FmDc
Jack it up and see if the wheels spin freely. You could have a brake caliper with sticky guide pins or a caliper piston that isn't retracting as far as it should after the brake pedal is released. Look to see if the emergency brake releases fully.
Man I'm curious how you have so many low miles! My 93 Camery has 278000+ miles.
