I have an 04 grand marquis ultimate Edition with 139,000 miles I was cleanning under the seat and unplugged the air bag and the light came on that was a year ago, now the light is burnt out and every time I start the car I get a series of five beeps total of 20 beeps how hard is it to change the light bulb and better yet how can I plug the the seat back in without setting off the bags?

I can answer half of your question.
- Disconnect the car battery
- hold brake pedal for a few seconds
- plug in air bag
- Reconnect battery
