Honda Ridgeline Vs. Toyota Tacoma

Topic starter

Which truck would be a better choice to get and why?(New)

I understand that Tacomas are fairly well known for longevity. After moving production elsewhere, I'm having doubts on it

As for the Ridgeline, I've only been hearing good things (Except the price)

Tips? Suggestions? Opinions?

Thank you in advance

Best Regards,
Lofi

Depends on how you intend to use it. They are very different.
The Tacoma is a proper body-on-frame truck. Better off road. Better for hauling.

The Ridgeline is a crossover with a bed in the back. Less capable but more livable as a daily driver. Quicker, too.
Both are very well made and can last a long time. If you aren’t going to off road much and don’t mind being seen in a truck that looks like a minivan, I’d go with the Ridgeline. But you are getting a good vehicle either way.

Get the tacoma if you want a genuine truck and not a "minivan truck" ridgeline lol

Scotty's son has the newer model tacoma, he loves it.

Both are good. I think I would go Ridgeline as I like the way they drive a bit better, but the Tacoma is a solid truck, no arguing that.
