Hey Scotty
I just bought from my neighbor a 1993 honda del sol si. It has the 1.6L engine and driven 114160 miles. The body is in fair condition. It starts right up. It is a 5 speed stick. What work should I perform on this car so it can be a daily driver?

Take it to a mechanic for inspection. Or if you want to get into car repair, pick up a Haynes repair manual and tuck into it. The owner's manual will have the basic stuff.
