Following the HG Pinpoint test in the shop manual, I got to this box.
Now it says “repair the short circuit”
Totally lost…
Sorry about that totally forgot:

I’ve visually inspected the wires from the sensor all the way to the ECU and found nothing. Anything else I could do?
There is no post in your history about a crankcase pressure sensor, so maybe you closed the window too quickly, before your question was submitted.
What was the DTC?
Anyway, the sensor wires are probably damaged. Inspect you wiring harness for faults. Broken, chafed wires etc.
Thanks for the reply. I’ve visually inspected the wires from the sensor all the way to the ECU and found nothing. Anything else I could do?
DTC is P051B
Measure at the ECU. if there's voltage on the ECU pin where there shouldn't be, then it is likely faulty.

Thanks for the tip. I disconnected the wiring harness from the PCM and measured the voltage on the PCM side and found none so the short is in the wiring harness. Any tips on how to find it? Would buying a short finder help here?
try massaging/wiggling the harness all along its length while watching for voltage changes. Yes a circuit tracer would help in this situation. But there should be clues to gives away the culprit. Damage from rubbing, bending or rodent nibbling, moisture ingress (usually at lowest points) etc. Worst case you'll have to unwrap it.
