ticking sound at startup

Hello scotty I bought a 2012 mercedes benz cls550 a couple of weeks ago with 70k miles on it. Almost every time i start it up there is a slapping/ticking sound that comes from the engine for a couple seconds at most and then it goes away it has the m278 engine and there are no codes and no check engine light on. The car runs fine other than that but it bothers me that every time i start it up it makes that sound? Also separate question whenever i drive i sometimes hear noise from my suspension almost like its jiggling or loose i dont think its that big of a deal since it also doesn't affect my car but i would like to know if it could become a problem in the future or if im just paranoid for the suspension?

Well I hate to break it to you but you bought an endless money paid car. The engine obviously is some type of wear inside either from the variable valve timing system or the hydraulic lift or something makes it make that noise. And of course the time goes on. It will wear further. That's where the noise. Those things have extremely complex hydraulic electronically activated suspension systems. So many things can make noise is, but if you want to figure out what it is, watch my video finding the source of car noises
