Pending P0430 on 2006 Honda Accord

Hey guys, I have a 06 Accord V6 with 195k. I have a pending DTC (P0430). I've read some forums stating that it's the catalytic converter or maybe even the O2Sensor. I've checked the fuel trim levels and the two shorts are reading above 10-13 and the two longs are reading about 2-3. I've also noticed that my car vibrates, not anything crazy but you can feel it. My question is what should I do in terms of repairs? Should I do the O2Sensor(s), the Catalytic converter(s) or both or something else entirely? Again, it is a pending DTC not truly a problem yet but I want to take the initiative of dealing with it now rather than later before it becomes more of a problem down the line. What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance!

If your Honda is built how I think it is built, there is an O2 sensor before the cat, and an O2 sensor after the cat.

IIRC, P0430 is bank 2 O2 sensor.

If you wanted to try a diagnostic, you can try switching the O2 sensors.  If the code moves from bank 2 to bank 1, then it is the sensor.  If the code stays on bank 2, then it is probably the cat.

FWIW, before learning about this diagnostic trick, I had a similar code on my 1999 Accord. I just changed the O2 sensor out, and turned out to be a correct guess.  But I think my problem was bank 1, not bank 2.  Bank 1 is usually before the cat, and bank 2 is after the cat.  (This may be different depending on your car.)

Upstream or downstream? If it's upstream I should be able to get that one out pretty easy but downstream eh... As I'm writing this I'm starting to think it maybe the downstream.. just cause I never get lucky.

I think upstream is bank 1 and downstream is bank 2.

Okay

So I haven't gone underneath yet but things certainly did change. The pending DTC code P0430 has disappeared and now my CEL is on but with a different code. The code I have now is P0174 (system too lean bank 2) and when I checked the Freeze Frame data, happened on idle and the fuel trims both short and long where high but the highest was short fuel trim for bank 2, it read 20.6, the others read at about 15-18. Do you guys still think I should check the same things recommended or is this something else entirely that I have to check?
