Hey Scotty and fans!
I bought a 1998 Honda prelude, 5 speed manual, 2.2 liter as a project car. Bought it while it was not running. I installed a new battery and no crank or anything. I was able to turn the engine by hand but now I’m not sure where to go from here.
note:
only some electrical components work
Spark plugs were drowned in oil
has been sitting for weeks
