Scotty the new Volvo S60 have no Guage to look at the coolant temprature how do you think about this and how will other cars follow.

Most manufacturers haven't been putting volts gauges for some time now either.
most new cars have systems that alert you if coolant temp is too low or too high.
Some people will miss the gauges. I think that most people never look at their gauges, know what they means and won't even notice that they're gone.

That's nothing new. The practice of having what we used to call "idiot lights" instead of gauges to monitor the car's systems was started by Hudson in the 1930s.
