Wheel Vibration at Highway speeds

Hey Scotty! I recently installed new front KYB struts for my 2002 Camry 2.4L with 186k miles. Right after the installation, the steering wheel started vibrating after 70mph. What bolts should I re-tighten? I understand that the top 3 bolts should be tightened with the car's weight on the ground, but I'm not sure what else to check for.

You should have your alignment checked

Sound like the new struts are stiffer than the old ones and now the vibration you feel  was being absorbed by the old struts. If these are the original struts then they were about due for replacement anyway. Scotti has a couple of videos to determine what's to be done based on the type of vibration. Could be a front tire needs balancing.

All opinions are welcome.

Thank you for the response. I recently got 4 new tires and 4 new rims a few months ago, and the vibration only started when I installed the new front KYB struts. Wow that sucks. I might go to an alignment shop and ask them if an alignment could solve the problem, since I've seen that same problem with other people's cars, and if not, I might put the old struts back on because I do mainly highway driving in my commute and it is extremely unconformable driving with a vibrating front end.
