Well, then let me answer you in our language 🙂 /p> שלום,קודם כל אציין ש-20 עד 30 אלף דולר מקנה יכולת קנייה שונה בישראל מאשר בשאר העולם. אצלנו יש מס מעל 100% על יבוא רכב ״ללא שקע״, אז המחירים כפולים מאשר בארה״ב, וכ-30% יותר ממדינות אירופה. אני מניח שמדובר על התווך של 85 עד 115 אלף ש״ח, כלומר רכב חדש בסיסי או משומשת כלשהיא. בנוסף, אני רוצה לבדוק אם אתה בטוח שאתה חייב 7 מקומות, זה מקטין את מבחר הרכבים מאוד. אם מדברים על רכבי 5 מקומות, אפשר לקנות בתווך הזה רכב חדש לדוגמא לי יש קיה סטוניק שקינתי עם הנחת חבר מועדון של הוט בפחות מ-110 אלף ש״ח חדשות.רכב 7 מקומות יעלה יותר ברישוי, בביטוח, ולרוב גם יאכל יותר דלק. מבחינת האפשרויות שהצגת, בהתייחס לעובדה שאתה רוצה רק רכב עם גיר אוטומטי:רנו קנגו (1) – קודם כל מדובר בצרפתייה ענייה, מסחרית ועתיקה מייצרים אותו מאמצע שנות ה-2000 בלי שינויים, מדובר ברכב שמבוסס על רנו מגאן דור שני. ממנוע 1.2 אפשר לשכוח, המנוע איכשהו יצא לרנו גרוע יותר אפילו מהרובוט שמותקן בה. והאפשרות השנייה, מנוע 1.6 בנזין עם אוטומט היא לא טובה במיוחד – המנוע סביר אבל הגיר הם של הרנו מגאן הוא מפוקפק. וכל זה בהנחה שתמצע אחת עם 7 מקומות אוטומטית.עד כה, כל אחת שראיתי עם 7 מקומות הייתה ידנית, לרוב זה 1.5 טורבו דיזל (מנוע מצוין) עם גיר ידני. סיטרואן ברלינגו (2) – כאן יש שני גרסאות, החדשה והישנה.הישנה היא דומה מאוד לרנו קנגו, היא מבוססת על מרכב של רכבים משנות ה-80 והיא עגלה – וגם כאן אני בספק אם קיימת אחת עם גיר אוטומטי ו-7 מקומות לדעתי הם הגיעו רק עם גיר רובוטי גועל נפש. הברלינגו החדשה היא רכב טוב ומודרני עם גיר מצויין, אבל יש קאץ׳ ענק.מנועי בנזין על סיטרואן הם לא אמינים לתווך הרחוק, מדובר על 3 צילינדר קטן עם טורבו, מערכת דלק הזרקה ישירה, רצועת תזמון בעייתית – הן פשוט לא מתאימות.מנועי דיזל הם סיפור אחר, המנוע הוא 4 צילינדר, אמין וטוב תוצרת פורד – אבל, וזה אבל ענק, יש בעיות במערכת הפליטה. ברגעים אלו מתנהלת תביעה ייצוגית, אז הייתי מחקה לראות לאן זה הולך.עלות התיקון הוא אלפים רבים. אם אתה יכול לחיות עם המחשבה שמתישהו תצטרך להתעסק במערכת פליטה על דיזל ולפוך על זה אלפי שקלים – משאר הבחינות, אלו רכבים סבירים. אבל שים לב, אם אתה כבר הולך על סיטרואן, אז כך ספייסטורר (גראנד סי 4 החדשה). לישנות יש רפוטציה גרועה, החדשות הן סיפור אחר, במיוחד עם מנוע דיזל 2.0 וגיר 6 הילוכים. או אולי פ׳גו 5008, עם מנוע 1.5 דיזל, זה אותו יצרן עם אותן בעיות אבל גם זה רכב מצויין בשאר ההיבטים. מיצובישי האוטלנדר (3) - רכב הרבה יותר טוב. לבנטים יש כזאת ד״א.סה״כ זה רכב ברמה יותר טובה ממסחרית צרפתייה, פה באמת זה רכב מרווח, יפה, פשוט כיף.עם זאת, שים לב, יש לה גיר רציף של ג׳אטקו שנוסע טוב, אבל עם הזמן עושה בעיות ועולה הון לתיקון. תכלס, אם כבר הייתי רוצה להתעסק עם גיר רציף, הייתי ממליץ דווקא על ניסאן אקס-טרייל דיזל.היא יותר חסכונית, ולדעתי גם יותר מוצלחת, אבל זה אותו הגיר עם אותן הבעיות. פריאוס פלוס (4) – רכב מעולה. מבחינת הנסיעה הוא פחות טוב מג׳יפ גבוה ויפה, אבל אמינות שיא.אניקדוטה שווה לדעת עליו הוא שהרכב הנ״ל הוא לא באמת ״פריוס״, הוא מבוסס על ה-״הקורולה החדשה״ (כלומר הסדרה שייצרו מ-2008 ועד 2017).הבעיה ברכבים מהסוג הזה היא שיש להם סוללה היברידית, וכמו של סוללה, יום יבוא והיא תתקלקל – עלות הסוללה אצל היבואן לרוב היא בסביבות ה-8 אלף ש״ח, הייתי ממליץ לבדוק לפני שאתה קונה כי אין שאלה בכלל אם הסוללה תמות, השאלה היא רק מתי (לרוב כשהרכב בן 10-15) טויוטה ורסו (5) – גם זה רכב ברמה גבוהה, הוא מבוסס על האבנסיס. (לעומת הדור הקודם שהיה מבוסס על הקורולה). הגיר הרציף על הרכבים האלו אמין יחסית לשאר הגירים הרציפים בשוק, עם זאת עלות התיקון גבוהה מאוד, ולדעתי עדיף לקחת פריאוס פלוס כי לה יש גיר שונה ״רציף חשמלי״ (אין לו את הרכיבים של גיר רציף רגיל בכלל, רק שני מנועים חשמליים) ולהן כמאת ואין בעיות גיר. בנוגע לכל השברולט והרכבים האמריקאיים – ממליץ לא לגעת בזה, כאב ראש ענק. אישית, הייתי לוקח פריוס (חסכונית, אמינה, בטוחה – מה צריך עוד?) או אם אתה ממש רוצה רכב יותר ״יפה״, אז סורנטו או סנטה פה דיזל (אסור לגמרי לגעת בבנזין!) הן יעלו מעל ל-100 ש״ח עבור רכבים עם 100 ק״מ או פחות. אם יש לך 140 אלף אז יש כאלו ממש במצב חדש עם פחות מ-50 אלף ק״מ – רק תבדוק שהן עם 6 הילוכים ולא 8 (8 מאוד נדיר, ראיתי עד כה רק בהכי חדשות – אסור לגעת ב-8 הילוכים כי זה גיר כפול מצמד עם מצמד רטוב שזה אחלה דרך לאבד 10 אלף פלוס על שיפוץ גיר) בנוסף, יש רכבים צ׳כים וגרמנים בתחום והן נוסעות מצוין, במיוחד עם דיזל, אבל גיר רובוטי כפול מצמד של ה-״וואגיות״ הוא בעייתי – אבל מצד שני באמת רכבים שנוסעים מצויין. יש גם איקס טרייל דיזל וספייסטורר דיזל כפי שהוזכר לעיל האפשרויות האחרות שאני רואה הן רכבים יותר ישנים, לדוגמא מאזדה 5, או סובארו בי 9 ״טרייבקה״. | |||||

| I am not aware of any forums, but going on local Facebook groups of owners of your car model is always useful. As far as info on faults,The “experience” section has good info: even with all of that, the dynamic force engine is decent. | |||||

| Is there any other way to know about the mileage? By skevin98 Topic starter 29/12/2023 8:28 pm I just happened to see this video by the Car Care Nut this morning reviewing an XTool D7 and at the 8:45 mark it shows the scan tool detecting the actual mileage recorded by the engine computer which according to him can not be changed as could the dashboard odometer. If this product is able to detect the actual mileage in this manner, I would think that others of this quality and price (I think around $700) would be capable also. | |||||

| AT-205 Reseal is only a band-aid. To truly fix anything, whatever's leaking needs to be replaced. Put some coolant based UV dye in the cooling system, drive it around for an hour or so, and use some funky glasses that were provided with the kit to look around underneath the car. If it's not that, check for oil, using another kit that's intended for oil. | |||||

| Usually jack stands come in 3 or 6 ton capacities. The 6 ton are taller so you'd have to raise the car higher to accommodate them. Be sure to use good quality jack stands and have a secondary support in place just in case. If you don't need to take the wheels off ramps might be a better choice, but that car's nose is probably pretty close to the ground and it may be challenging to find ramps that will work with it. Likewise you're going to need a low-profile jack, and a high-lift one, especially to use 6 ton jackstands. FYI, when posting please do not repeatedly hit the red button - you accidentally posted your response 6 times. | Why do you want bigger wheels? The low profile tires are going to give you a harsher ride. You'll feel every bump, and they're easier to blow out. Narrow tires also give better fuel economy. Plus you're going to have to spend a lot of money to get a new set of 19 inch wheels. I would just stick with what you have. | |||||

| lack of power in a 21yo truck ... I would just expect the turbo is worn out. The impeller/turbine blades and shaft just wear out over time. | |||||
