[Solved] Audi A4 1999 braking system issue

I feel like my car's ability to stop when I'm pushing the brakes gone worse. I'm wondering what could make it better.

Something about the car - rear brake system is all new replaced just recently unfortunately I don't know if it was done with quality or budget parts. Front brakes checked rotors surface feels flat and brake pads still has some material on it. Brake pedal has normal behavior no sinking to the floor, it is hard when car is shutdown and goes down after I turn the car running. There's some annoying sometimes really loud squealing when braking but it happens at random, it can be all quiet even for a few days and then it starts making noises again (confuses me). Brand new summer tires made by good manufacturer and tire pressure 2.3 bar on each wheel. That's it. I'll add that I'm not sure what's up with braking fluid. I know it's old and has at least 4 years old. May it have the effect on power of braking? What would be the next thing to check/do on the car?

Realize those Audis turn into endless money pits as they age. And that thing's 25 years old. But from my experience the number one problem is the brake boosters just start to wear and your brakes won't feel right. Or the brake master cylinder that bolts to the booster is somewhat weak at that age. Have a real mechanic. Check it out and give you their opinion after they do a little testing
